 at movement starts with a spark. Whether it’s a group of people gatherin
 g in a living room\, a community coming together to meet a local need\, or
  a new church taking its first steps\, momentum is built when we step out 
 in faith together.\nThis fall\, we are stepping out in a big way.\nBeginni
 ng this September and running through December\, we are launching an inten
 tional church-wide effort we are calling the Refuge Initiative.\nWhat is t
 he Refuge Initiative?\nAt its core\, the Refuge Initiative is about coming
  alongside our daughter church plant to help them build vital momentum as 
 they look toward a major milestone: opening up a second service.\nStarting
  a new church is an incredible journey\, but the early seasons come with u
 nique hurdles. One of the biggest challenges a growing church plant faces 
 is breaking through the barrier of critical mass—having enough people in
  the room to create an inviting\, vibrant atmosphere for guests who are wa
 lking through the doors for the very first time.\nThat is where we come in
 .\nHow We’re Getting Involved\nOver the next few months\, our small grou
 ps will be intentionally rolling up their sleeves and heading over to wors
 hip and serve with our daughter church.\nInstead of our usual rhythm for a
  designated period this fall\, our small groups will mobilize to help fill
  seats\, bring energy\, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our brothers a
 nd sisters in Christ. It’s a tangible way for us to practice what we pre
 ach: bearing one another's burdens and cheering on the broader body of Chr
 ist as it expands in our region.\nStay Tuned for More Details\nAs we get c
 loser to September\, we’ll be rolling out specific information for small
  group leaders and members on how and when your group can participate.\nIn
  the meantime\, we invite you to start praying now. Pray for the leadershi
 p of our daughter church\, pray for the new families and individuals who w
 ill walk through their doors this fall\, and pray that God uses the Refuge
  Initiative to spark something truly remarkable in our community.\nLet's b
